Takaba Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing Takaba (takaba.ws) or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using Takaba's services.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Takaba and its members. The rules set out herein apply to all services, products, and websites operated by Takaba.

Takaba reserves the right to suspend any person's access or account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — particularly if there is reason to believe that person has violated these terms and conditions.

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use Takaba's services:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• All information provided at registration must be fully accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• You are opening this account in your own name and for your own use, not on behalf of anyone else.

A valid email address and mobile number are required at registration. These will be used for account verification and security purposes. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Members are solely responsible for their password and account security. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Takaba Support immediately.

Takaba strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All members are required to verify their identity before submitting a withdrawal request.

Any one of the following documents may be required to complete the KYC process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership
• Selfie photo if required

Takaba may delay processing withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete. Deposits and betting activity will continue as normal in the meantime. KYC verification is typically completed within 48 hours.

Takaba supports a range of local payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

For deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Funds are typically credited to your account within 1–15 minutes of a successful deposit.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account.
• Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the original deposit where possible.

Takaba regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that members must read before opting in.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (rollover) must be met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable conditions must first be fulfilled.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period and will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• The same bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts from the same household or device.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Takaba and cover all betting types — Sports, Casino, and Live Games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets can be placed before an event begins, and live bets can be placed while the event is in progress.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Takaba reserves the right to void any bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• For bets confirmed after odds have changed, the original odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific event and market type.

Takaba reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (Palpable Error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Takaba platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets using insider information or match-fixing intelligence.
• Attempting to manipulate the promotions system.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Conducting malicious activities on Takaba's systems or network.

Takaba places the highest priority on protecting its members' personal information. Any data you provide will be used solely for service delivery and compliance with legal obligations.

Takaba will not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• In response to a valid request from a legal authority
• With trusted partners for payment processing
• To prevent fraud and ensure security

Takaba believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage our members to bet responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for each betting session.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically stopped once losses reach a set amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a self-imposed break from betting for a set period of time.

Takaba may suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Where an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. All active bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before closure. Requests to reopen a closed account may be submitted, but are subject to Takaba's discretion.

Takaba will not be held liable for the following:

• Any bet lost or missed due to an internet disconnection.
• Any losses arising from delays or errors in third-party payment systems.
• Where account security is compromised due to the member's own negligence or error.
• In the event of unexpected technical failures or force majeure circumstances.

Takaba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or through the platform.
